As Team Lead HR Services, you take responsibility for our HR Administration and HR Systems. Together with your team, you ensure that our HR Services are efficient, customer-oriented, and future-focused. At the same time, you actively drive the further development of our processes, systems, and services.
Your tasks:
- You lead and develop a team of seven employees in the areas of HR Administration and HR Systems
- You ensure a professional, efficient, and service-oriented HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from entry to exit
- You are responsible for the continuous optimisation, standardisation, and digitalisation of our HR processes and services
- You further develop our HR system landscape together with internal stakeholders and ensure that systems and processes mesh optimally
- You lead projects to modernise and automate HR Services and actively contribute new ideas
- You work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, and our business areas and see yourself as a competent contact person for all topics related to HR Services
- You are responsible as a practical trainer for the education of our commercial apprentice
- You promote the further development of your team and create an environment where collaboration, personal responsibility, and continuous improvement are lived
What you bring with you:
- Several years of experience in HR administration and sound knowledge of the entire employee lifecycle
- Experience in leading teams or managing cross-departmental HR projects
- A completed degree focusing on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in optimising, digitalising, or modernising HR processes
- A strong affinity for HR systems and enthusiasm for designing processes efficiently and with a future focus; experience with Workday is an advantage
- A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality and strategic foresight
- Enjoyment in developing people, accompanying change, and successfully bringing together different stakeholders
- Very good German and English skills
