YOUR OPPORTUNITY

The Research & Consulting team at CBRE is looking for reinforcement at the Zurich location by arrangement as:

Senior Consultant / Associate Director – Research & Consulting Real Estate, (m/f/d), 80-100%

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Participate in market and usage analyses with direct client responsibility
• Support clients in the sale or purchase of specialised properties
• Prepare property strategies as well as profitability analyses (Financial Advisory)
• Contribute to in-house market reports
• Prepare and further process data bases and conduct data analyses
• Collaborate with and support other departments regarding market analyses, company presentations and tender requests

WHAT YOU BRING

• Master’s degree with a background in economics, real estate economics, architecture, spatial planning or similar
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the real estate sector, ideally in real estate consulting and transaction business
• Interest in complex real estate economic issues and enthusiasm for new challenges
• High analytical skills, affinity for numbers, quick comprehension and structured working method
• Confident writing and expression skills
• Committed and flexible personality, responsible, likeable appearance
• Negotiation and confident in German and English; French is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
