Dementia Specialist 80-100%

• Joy and shared responsibility for ensuring the best possible quality of care in our newly designed Dementia Competence Center

• Professional advice and support for the care teams to promote efficient, effective, resident-oriented, and evidence-based care practice

• Participation in the introduction, implementation, evaluation, and further development of our guidelines and concepts

• Identification of key trends and derivation of future action needs and care models

• Implementation of the corporate culture according to company strategy and mission statement

• 50% activity in practice to ensure theory-practice transfer and to promote the care process, including case and practice discussions

• Active participation in quality assurance and quality management processes

• Preparation, accompaniment, and follow-up of medical visits

• Networking work with e.g. UPD, Alzheimer Society Bern, etc.

• Training as a certified nurse HF/FH (tertiary level) or with a gerontopsychiatric or psychiatric background

• Extensive experience in the gerontopsychiatric environment or in the dementia field Applied professional competence

• You have a strong interest in nursing innovation and quality development.

• You demonstrate high organizational skills and good knowledge of relevant IT systems

• You have very good oral and written German skills

• Enjoy actively supporting the daily care and support of our residents with dementia

• Interest in implementing, accompanying, and shaping something new – Dementia Competence Center and long-term care, short-term care, care oasis, and day/night care for people with dementia
