The Ensemble hospitalier de la Côte is a care network that spans from birth to old age. This network includes acute care and rehabilitation facilities, a private clinic, nursing homes, medical centres and medical on-call services distributed throughout the La Côte region, as well as the first clinical hypnosis school dedicated to the healthcare sector in French-speaking Switzerland.
We are looking for the following for various sites within our network:
Multisite Medical Assistant (M/F) at 80%
Start date as soon as possible, day off on Thursday.

YOU HAVE
- A Federal VET Diploma as a medical assistant, or an equivalent qualification.
- Skills in blood sampling and laboratory analyses.
- A strong interest in administrative tasks as well as typing medical reports.
- Flexibility and versatility to provide doctors with quality support in carrying out routine and exceptional activities.
- A strong sense of responsibility.
- Recognised skills in using IT tools as well as excellent spelling.
- A strong team spirit, autonomy and the desire to evolve in an environment that fosters collegiality.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the reception and orientation of patients.
- Guarantee an excellent patient experience on a daily basis.
- Manage telephone on-call duties and message taking.
- Ensure the follow-up of all daily administrative tasks contributing to the smooth running of the centre such as managing emails and schedules.
- Be responsible for the preparation, follow-up and archiving of patients' physical medical records.
- Type, proofread and transmit medical reports and examination results to doctors within appropriate timeframes.
- Provide care, ensure clinical monitoring of patients and assist doctors during specific interventional and non-interventional care.
