Your area of responsibility
- Overall responsibility for kitchen, production and quality
- Leadership and development of the kitchen team
- Menu planning, costing and budget responsibility
- Ensuring Compass standards
- Continuous development of the offer and key figures
- Working hours: Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 18:00
Your profile
- Completed training as a cook and several years of leadership experience in the kitchen
- Entrepreneurial thinking and basic administrative knowledge
- Creative, quality-oriented and organised
- Strong communication skills
- Resilient and solution-oriented
