The Evangelical Reformed Church Community Köniz comprises five church districts, counts around 14,000 church members, receives support from numerous volunteers, and employs approximately 100 part-time and full-time staff. The central church community administration is based in modernly equipped premises in Liebefeld (Köniz). It is managed under the executive management model and includes the departments of Finance, Infrastructure, Personnel, and Central Services. Head of Infrastructure Department (60 – 80%)

Your Tasks
You ensure the maintenance, preservation of value, and further development of the community-owned properties. You lead the operational staff in a professional capacity, are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the Infrastructure Commission meetings, and develop the budget and investment programme. You prepare reports and proposals, accompany projects and tender procedures, handle building applications, organise execution work, and prepare credit settlements. In short: you make significant contributions to the successful management of the church community’s buildings and facilities.
Your Profile
You possess knowledge from a building administration or hold a performance/continuing education certificate in the field of construction and real estate. Your proven expertise enables you to competently represent your department. Your organisational and leadership talent, your independent and cooperative working style, and your flair for business and ecological matters distinguish you, as do your negotiation skills, assertiveness, and knowledge in project/contract management.
