What you do with us:
<ul><li>Supervision of all activities in the project group</li><li>Project planning, programming and commissioning</li><li>Planning and conceptualisation of demanding systems </li><li>Commissioning of systems on site including attendance at acceptance and user instruction</li><li>Clarifications with suppliers and manufacturers of projects<br></li><li>Direct support of end customers including sales advice</li><li>Participation in project manager meetings</li><li>Cost control throughout the entire project</li><li>Conducting project briefings</li><li>Independently managing projects</li><li>Ensuring processing quality in the project group</li><li>Independent conduct of contract and price negotiations</li><li>Maintenance and expansion of control technology systems</li><li>Planning and implementation of projects in the field of building automation and control technology</li><li>Development of technical regulations for control technology systems</li><li>Participation in commissioning and troubleshooting</li><li>Monitoring, updating and creating system documentation</li><li>Periodic checks of technical equipment in the systems<br></li><li>Management and creation of various statistics</li><li>Creation of bus diagrams and system topology</li><li>Hardware planning</li><li>Deadline monitoring</li><li>Assistance with offer preparation (technical support)<br></li></ul>
What you bring:
<ul><li>Basic training as an electrician, possibly with TS qualification or in training</li><li>Further training or specialist courses in the field of building automation are an advantage<br></li><li>Approx. 3 to 5 years of professional experience in commissioning building management systems with DDC/SPS substations<br></li><li>Experience as a project manager in MSRL projects<br></li><li>German as mother tongue<br></li><li>English spoken and written</li><li>Additional foreign languages are an advantage</li><li>Competent specialist knowledge of the entire range of building automation technology is required; missing knowledge is acquired independently and continuously<br></li></ul>
