Your tasks

• Independent management of your own property portfolio (commercial)
• Correspondence with tenants, craftsmen, and authorities
• Conducting handovers and takeovers
• Preparation of rental contracts, amendments, service charge statements, and reports
• Planning and monitoring of maintenance and renovation work
• Support with budgeting and annual financial statements
• Correspondence, administration, and telephone operation
• Project collaboration on interim uses

Your profile

• Passion and dedication for real estate
• Enjoyment in dealing with tenants, craft businesses, and technical staff
• Precise and independent working style
• Practical, hands-on, quick to anticipate
• Property manager with a federal professional certificate
• Several years of professional experience in property management
• Good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
• Independent, structured, and service-oriented working method
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally in real estate software (AbaImmo, etc.)
