Your area of responsibility
- Evaluation of new software solutions to optimize ITSM processes
- Gathering and managing requirements for ERP optimization projects as well as the technical implementation in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Implementation, configuration of application solutions
- Aligning and adapting ERP applications to company processes
- Active project management
- Coordination between application users, departments, and software development
- Support, consulting, and training of users in application handling
- Creating and updating application and operational documentation
- Creating customer-specific evaluations/statistics with key figures
Your profile
- You have a professional education or HF degree in computer science or equivalent extensive professional experience
- You are a doer and are not afraid to take responsibility
- You have the ability to recognize and drive innovations
- Business and entrepreneurial thinking
- Designing and optimizing workflows is one of your strengths
- You have a good technical understanding of system technology
- You are a team player and have good communication and interpersonal skills
- You are used to working on various project tasks simultaneously
- Confident in spoken and written (DE/EN)
- You bring solid knowledge in the ERP application environment and ideally have experience with Microsoft Power BI
