These are your tasks
- Independently carry out maintenance and overhaul work on boiler systems, gas and steam turbines, flue gas and wastewater treatment plants, as well as on wood and slag conveyor systems
- Rectify faults in hydraulic or mechanical systems
- Overhaul and refurbish assemblies and spare parts
- Perform maintenance work on building infrastructure
- Assist with repairs and overhauls of power plant equipment
- Participate in smaller renewal and conversion projects
- Supervise orders from third-party companies and ensure their quality
This is what sets you apart
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ (specialising in maintenance) or equivalent training
- Solid experience in the maintenance of technical systems
- Interest in apparatus and systems for district heating production and waste incineration
- Forklift licence as well as driving licence category B/BE
- Enjoy working in a team as well as independently
- Responsible and proactive personality
