Your field of activity

• You ensure that our demanding refurbishment projects are successfully implemented on site and guarantee a smooth construction process
• As the central contact person on site, you lead the construction site personnel, coordinate the daily work and work closely with the construction management
• You implement the planning and technical specifications with quality awareness and contribute to meeting deadlines, costs and quality targets
• You recognise challenges early and coordinate suitable solutions with the construction management and project participants
• With seamless performance recording through daily and extra work reports as well as measurements, you ensure reliable construction site documentation
• You ensure that occupational safety, health protection and environmental protection are consistently observed on the construction site

Your foundation

• You have a basic education in the main construction trade and ideally have completed further training as a foreman*in or supervisor*in
• Experience in refurbishment, maintenance or complex construction activities helps you to keep an overview even in challenging situations
• With your natural authority, you lead and motivate employees and promote good cooperation on the construction site
• You work responsibly, think ahead and act cost- and quality-consciously within the scope of your function
• You enjoy exchanging ideas with customers, planners, contractors and construction management
• Initiative, reliability and a pragmatic solution orientation characterise you
