About the job
Welcome to GRIWA INTERIOR – where unique living and lifestyle dreams become reality.
As a leading furnishing company and planning office in the Bernese Oberland, we design, create and realise high-quality living environments, individual kitchen solutions, as well as sophisticated interior architecture concepts for private clients, hotels and gastronomy. GRIWA INTERIOR is part of the GRIWA GROUP and benefits from a strong partnership network.
In our family-like team, we combine consulting, planning, sales and realisation – creating individual solutions that inspire in our exceptional showroom. If you enjoy bringing unique spaces to life and accompanying exciting projects from the initial idea to handover, you are in the right place with us.
You develop individual kitchen and interior concepts and coordinate their realisation. You work independently as well as in a team. You feel comfortable talking to customers and sell our high-quality products with joy and enthusiasm. Depending on your suitability and interest, you have the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities.
Your tasks with us
Comprehensive project management: You accompany kitchen and interior projects from the creative initial idea to successful implementation on site.
Creative conception: You precisely capture customer needs and develop customised spatial concepts and plans.
Customer enthusiasm and sales: With your communicative manner, you confidently present designs and sell our high-quality complete range (kitchens, furniture, lighting, textiles, floors).
Taking responsibility: You are the responsible person in our company for the kitchen area and its development and success.
What you bring with you
Industry experience: Solid professional experience in kitchen planning, interior construction or the furnishing industry.
Solid foundation: Training as a carpenter, architectural draughtsperson, interior architect or a comparable practice-oriented qualification.
Planning competence: Confident handling of CAD (ideally Compusoft Winner) and MS Office.
Personality: A strong sense of design, sales flair and enjoyment of daily customer contact.
Languages and region: Very good German and English skills. Residence in the Interlaken region is an advantage.
Your benefits with us
Attractive package: An above-average salary and a long-term secure workplace in a crisis-resistant corporate group.
Team culture: A family-like, well-coordinated and friendly team with flat hierarchies and a boss you can talk to.
Inspiring environment: A beautiful, modern workplace with high-quality premium products (e.g. Minotti).
Work-life balance: Flexible working hours from 60% to 100% in one of the most beautiful regions of Switzerland (Interlaken-Grindelwald).
