About the job
What you can achieve
- You accompany the production process from preparing the equipment to handing over the finished products to logistics.
- Through careful preparation of the equipment, you create optimal conditions for a smooth start to production.
- During production, you monitor and control the filling line, ensuring an uninterrupted process.
- You are responsible for the repackaging of products as well as their secure handover to logistics.
- You independently resolve minor disruptions and contribute suggestions for optimising our processes.
- You consistently adhere to quality, hygiene, and safety standards and actively support your team on the shop floor.
What you bring with you
- Enjoyment of technology and willingness to actively get involved.
- Training in the food sector or experience as a machine operator.
- Technical understanding and interest in modern production equipment.
- A reliable, careful, and responsible working style with a strong awareness of quality.
- Team spirit, openness, commitment, and a pronounced awareness of hygiene.
- Willingness to work shifts (early, late, and night shifts until Saturday morning 5:00 am) as well as a driving licence and own vehicle.
