- Professional slaughtering of large cattle and calves
- Precise boning and cutting of various meat pieces
- Processing and preparation of meat parts for further processing
- Carrying out general dressing and cutting tasks
- Ensuring clean and high-quality meat processing
- Compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality guidelines in the production area
Your Profile:
- You have completed training as a meat specialist or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of experience in meat processing
- Practical skills, accuracy, and clean working distinguish you
- You possess teamwork skills and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
- You are fit and accustomed to physical work
- Starting work at 5 a.m. is feasible for you
- You speak German or are willing to learn the German language.
