For our client in the Rhine Valley, we are looking for experienced CNC turners and CNC milling operators who master their craft. We seek specialists who not only operate CNC machines but can independently set up, program, optimise, and manufacture demanding workpieces according to drawings.

Your Tasks

• Independent setup, programming, and operation of CNC turning and CNC milling machines
• Creation, adjustment, and optimisation of CNC programmes
• Manufacture of demanding precision parts according to technical drawings
• Selection, setup, and measurement of required tools
• Optimisation of machining strategies, cutting parameters, and production processes
• Independent trial runs of new parts and programmes
• Monitoring the entire manufacturing process
• Inspection of manufactured workpieces using common measuring and testing equipment
• Ensuring tight tolerances and high quality standards
• Error analysis and independent troubleshooting of production process issues
• Maintenance and care of machines

Your Profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, cutting machine operator, CNC turner/CNC milling operator or comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience in CNC machining
• Very good knowledge of CNC turning or CNC milling
• Experience in independent CNC programming – ideally with Siemens, Fanuc and/or Mastercam
• Confident reading and implementation of complex technical drawings
• Very good knowledge of metrology, tolerances, and quality control
• Experience in independently setting up and trial running machines
• High quality awareness and precise working methods
• You work independently and find solutions to manufacturing problems on your own

You are especially interesting to us if you have already manufactured complex individual parts or small series, created and optimised programmes yourself, and taken responsibility for the entire manufacturing process from setup to final inspection.
