Clarunis University Abdominal Centre Basel is the joint competence centre of Claraspital and University Hospital Basel for all patients requiring treatment in the abdominal area. Clarunis combines the expertise, research activities, and the number of patients treated at both hospitals to further enhance and improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment.

For Clarunis University Abdominal Centre Basel, we are seeking from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement for the two locations Campus City and Campus Clara a

Certified Nurse Specialist Wound and Stoma Therapy 70 %

• You care for and advise patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings and involve their relatives
• You perform wound care safely, independently, and in consultation with the attending physician
• You organise your own work area independently and collaborate with a team
• You work together with other professional groups in nursing and interprofessionally

• You have completed vocational training as a Certified Nurse Specialist HF and have several years of professional experience in an acute hospital
• You have completed advanced training as a certified wound expert or are a certified wound manager, or have further training as a stoma therapist
• Experience in stoma care as well as in electronic nursing documentation is desirable
• You possess strong communication skills, are service-oriented, and maintain an empathetic relationship with the patients entrusted to you as well as their relatives
• You work independently, are responsible, and are prepared to work according to high quality standards (SanaCert)
