The Burgfelderhof Care Centre is one of five care centres of the BSB. The spacious modern building offers 113 residents with different needs a city-near, comfortable and individual home in the middle of greenery. Additionally, Burgfelderhof has its own residential area for adults who require permanent intensive nursing therapeutic and medical-technical support due to illness or accident. We provide these severely care-dependent persons with a permanent living option with comprehensive care and appropriate rehabilitation. The goal is the best possible quality of life with autonomous activities and social participation.

As a Student Nursing Specialist HF, you gradually take on responsibility in the care and support of our residents. You work closely with experienced nursing professionals and nursing experts and learn to professionally plan, implement and evaluate nursing processes. In doing so, you continuously develop your professional and personal skills: You observe, assess and recognise care needs, derive appropriate nursing measures and accompany people in different life situations and phases. With us, you directly connect your theoretical knowledge with practice and are specifically prepared for your role as a qualified Nursing Specialist HF.

• You have completed a basic vocational training (EFZ), preferably in the nursing or care sector.
• You meet the admission requirements for the HF Nursing course or already have a training place at the BZG.
• You have very good German skills (at least level B2) and communicate confidently in spoken and written form.
• You are interested in people, health and nursing issues.
• You work responsibly, reliably and enjoy working in a team.
• You treat people with respect, empathy and appreciation.
• You remain calm and organised even in demanding situations.
• You have the necessary resilience and stamina for a varied nursing everyday life.
• You are willing to work shifts as well as on weekends and public holidays.
