Internship in social policy at Procap Switzerland
(60-80%, for a duration of 9-12 months, workplace: Olten)
Starting February 1, 2026
Your tasks
You will gain an overview of political work and interest representation at the national level and support the team in the following activities:
· Monitoring, research, and analysis of political developments, especially in the field of social insurance
· Drafting position papers, policy documents, and arguments
· Preparation and support of lobbying activities
· Organization of events or internal meetings
· Communication and project management tasks related to representing the interests of people with disabilities
Your profile
· Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (e.g., in political science, social sciences, law, or equivalent training)
· Very good knowledge of the Swiss political landscape
· Interest in political processes and social policy issues
· Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
· Writing and analytical skills
· Excellent communication skills and team spirit
· Proficiency in French or German, both spoken and written, good knowledge of the other language
