Construction Manager Road and Civil Engineering (80–100%)

You are our first choice because you know road and civil engineering from practical experience, enjoy taking responsibility, and lead projects with oversight and commitment.

What awaits you

At Brossi, you take responsibility for your construction sites – from planning to final billing. Your tasks can be described in detail as follows:

• Planning and organising your construction sites
• Choosing the optimal construction methods and determining construction processes
• Coordinating with clients, planners, suppliers, and other parties involved
• Leading and supporting foremen and construction teams
• Monitoring quality, costs, and deadlines
• Measurement, construction billing, and post-calculation
• Calculating quotes and participating in tenders
• Being a competent contact person for customers throughout the entire project

What you bring with you

• Training and further education in construction (e.g. as a construction manager or equivalent)
• Practical experience in road and civil engineering
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Organisational talent and entrepreneurial thinking
• Enjoyment in working with people
• Good PC skills
• Motivation and willingness to take responsibility and make decisions
