Dementia care requires expertise, patience, and a good sense of people. With your open manner, empathy, and experience, you shape the care of our residents individually and professionally. In the Day & Night Centre, you take on responsibility, contribute your ideas, and work closely with a committed interprofessional team. You can expect a varied working environment with plenty of scope for creativity and the opportunity to actively further develop dementia care.
The dementia department currently accommodates 72 residents and will in future provide for 160 residents. The care units are operated according to the 3-Worlds Model by Dr Christoph Held.
The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer specialised professional care and support to our residents of all ages in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden AG will be comprehensively modernised in the coming years through new builds and renovations, and supplemented with 84 new retirement apartments.
For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a competent, reliable, and committed individual as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

- You have completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH or an equivalent recognised qualification
- You bring experience in long-term care and in dealing with residents with dementia
- You are familiar with RAI-NH
- You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
