Service Owner «Communication and Collaboration» Focus M365 80–100%, (m/f/d)
In this role, you are responsible for the support and further development of the university-wide service "Communication and Collaboration" and its software products, which are provided by the IT department for all areas of ZHdK.
Become part of a well-established team of specialists and help us implement the following diverse tasks:
- Service Ownership & Further Development: You are responsible for the design, operation, and continuous development of the "Communication & Collaboration" service with a focus on Microsoft 365 products.
- Application Management: You manage the application portfolio in the areas of communication and collaboration with a focus on Microsoft 365 as well as complementary products outside the M365 portfolio. You ensure that the applications function optimally and are sensibly integrated into the digital workplace.
- Digital Solutions & Automation: You create and support digital solutions based on Microsoft Power Automate and thereby support the further development of efficient work processes.
- Requirements Engineering & Business Analysis: You gather requirements from the specialist departments, analyse them, and coordinate with governance, engineering, as well as internal and external implementation partners.
- Usage & Adoption: Together with the responsible specialists, you promote the optimal use of the applications and ensure that they are purposefully integrated into existing work processes.
- Training & Support: You organise and partly conduct training sessions, create instructions, and support users in effectively using the M365 solutions.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: You inform application users about disruptions, application-related messages, and planned interruptions and act as the central contact person for various stakeholders within application management.
- Coordination & Collaboration: You coordinate collaboration between application users, IT departments, and external service providers, taking on a lateral leadership role.
- Projects, Releases & Rollouts: You participate in the university’s digitalisation projects and support specification, testing, and rollout of application releases.
Your profile:
- Technical Foundation & Expertise: You have completed an IT or comparable technical education at HF or FH level and possess a good understanding of complex IT and application landscapes.
- Communication & Expression: You have a confident oral and written command of German and good English skills. You can convey complex content clearly, appropriately for the audience, and authoritatively.
- Collaboration & Negotiation Skills: You work cooperatively with different stakeholders, bring negotiation skills, and find solution-oriented ways even with differing interests.
- Microsoft 365 & Power Automate: You have solid experience in Microsoft 365 and Power Automate and know how to implement digital solutions in the M365 environment practically and user-oriented.
- Requirements Engineering & Solution Development: You have experience in requirements engineering and creating solutions in the M365 environment. You can systematically gather, analyse, and translate requirements from specialist departments into viable solutions.
- Communication & Collaboration: You bring experience in communication & collaboration and understand how modern communication and collaboration solutions effectively support the digital workplace. Ideally, you have already worked in a role as a Service Owner or in a comparable function.
- Advantages: Professional certifications in Microsoft 365 are beneficial.
