Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• As a Business Analyst in the OMNIS software platform, you play a crucial role as the interface between our business requirements and technology solutions throughout the entire implementation of our software
• You are responsible for capturing and documenting requirements and their acceptance criteria
• Thanks to your professional skills, you work with Product Owners, UX, and stakeholders to prioritize the best possible value for the customer in the form of features
• Together with Product Owners and stakeholders, you continuously ensure that the backlog is sufficiently detailed
• You are in direct contact with colleagues from development as well as sales and clarify questions about requirements for the Scrum teams
• Moderation and active participation in specific meetings, such as concept meetings

Your profile

• You have a higher technical or business education and several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer, preferably in a scaled agile software development organization
• Capturing requirements at various levels is one of your passions
• You analyze complex issues with ease, persistently question at the right level of detail, and express yourself eloquently both orally and in writing
• You see defining use cases together with stakeholders and interdisciplinary communication as your strengths
• We expect solid presentation, communication, and moderation skills – in English and German
• You enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment and appreciate the exchange with specialists from chemistry, software, and other development departments
• A background in chemistry or engineering is an advantage – experience with web application projects is a plus
