The Regional Nursing Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be extensively modernized in the coming years through new or renovated buildings and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.
The new specialized nursing department Palliative Care offers space for around ten residents. For the RPB location in Wettingen (from autumn 2026 in Baden), we are looking for a competent, reliable, and committed personality as soon as possible or by arrangement as
Deputy Head of Nursing Department Palliative Care (m/f/d)
Area Palliative Care, workload 80 – 100 %
In this role, you will support us:
- You will support the head of the nursing department in leading the nursing team of around 15 employees and trainees both professionally and personally and represent them in their absence
- You will create the personnel deployment planning in consultation with the head of the nursing department using Polypoint PEP
- You will ensure the care and support of our residents within the framework of primary nursing, which includes professional and evidence-based care
- You will take on daily responsibility and work in nursing
Here’s how you can convince us:
- You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF / FH or an equivalent recognized qualification
- You bring experience or a clear affinity for palliative care
- You have already gained initial leadership experience and want to deepen it, or you aspire to establish yourself in a leadership role
- You are familiar with RAI-NH and Polypoint PEP
- You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
