Apprenticeship Cook / Chef

- Deployment in all kitchen areas
- Co-responsible for the production of mise-en-place and the preparation of meals for all guest groups
- Application of various cooking techniques / cooking processes
- Co-responsible for the implementation of hygiene and quality standards according to food law and internal guidelines
- Planning and implementation of daily routines in the various kitchen areas
The Requirements
Applications are accepted from June of the previous year. From this point on, interviews will be conducted continuously and training positions will be allocated continuously.Requirements:
- Secondary or high school diploma
- Enjoyment in handling food and cooking
- Quick comprehension
- Ability to coordinate various workflows
- Sense of order and cleanliness
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Completed trial internship at Spital Schwyz
