We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager / Coordinator to lead several complex, high-impact transformation projects in private banking. Role requires agility in both agile and traditional delivery methods, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on business analysis within a dynamic digital environment.

Project Management (Agile & Classic Delivery)

Lead end-to-end transformation projects using agile and traditional project management methods

Plan, execute, and track project deliverables across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery

Facilitate key workshops and maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels

Ensure all projects meet strict quality, risk, and compliance standards required in private banking
Business Analysis Responsibilities

Analyse the impact of the ROC initiative, especially the replacement of Host systems, on core digital banking areas like Corporate Actions and client/RM/EAM/EFA channels

Collaborate with SMEs to map and document current business processes, including edge cases, and support redesigning future workflows

Develop detailed process and data documentation to shape target-state solutions, working closely with Product Owners and Project Managers

Partner with architects and delivery teams to define solution designs and ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical implementations
YOUR PROFILE

Proven experience in a similar position within the financial services or private banking environment

Skilled in both agile and classic project delivery, with the ability to choose and apply the best approach depending on project needs

Exceptional ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage complex topic landscapes in high‑pressure environments

Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of interfacing confidently with stakeholders at all levels - business, IT, architecture, risk, compliance, and senior management

Solid understanding of digital banking processes, client lifecycle management, and CRM/channel-related workflows

Hands-on experience in business analysis, target-state definition, and process documentation

Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
