Your Tasks

Assumption and execution of general assistance tasks
Creation, editing, filing, and sending of meeting minutes
Occasional collaboration in the organization and execution of internal company events
Carrying out administrative tasks in the area of project management and secretariat
Drafting and handling general correspondence
Creation and sending of invoices to customers

Your Profile

Successfully completed commercial vocational training
Initial professional experience in a similar role in the energy sector or a technical field
Proficient use of MS Office applications; SAP user knowledge is an advantage
Open, team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality with strong organizational skills and customer-oriented manners
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
