For our tax office, we are looking to complement our team with a service-oriented, interested and reliable individual by arrangement as
Tax Specialist 80 - 100%
Your tasks
- Independent execution of all activities within the scope of tax collection and assessment of tax returns in your own area of responsibility
- Responsibility for initiating inventories in cases of death as well as coordinating the administrative processing with the responsible authorities
- Managing the central telephone number of the tax office and serving as the first point of contact for our clients
- Active participation in other exciting areas of taxation, if suitably qualified
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training, supplemented by practical professional experience in taxation or fiduciary environment
- Motivation to further develop your expertise in taxation – ideally through part-time further education (SSK I, Tax Specialist or similar)
- Confident and convincing manner as well as business fluent German skills, both spoken and written
- Foreign language skills, especially English, are an advantage
- Enjoyment of personal and telephone customer contact
- Digital affinity and confident handling of MS Office applications
- High degree of responsibility, discretion and assertiveness
