GoMore is immediately seeking an internal mechanic 90-100% for the installation and removal of our keyless devices in vehicles rented through GoMore. In the role of Installation Specialist, you will visit customers and install keyless devices so that vehicles can be shared seamlessly via the GoMore platform using the GoMore keyless system.

The role is remote and you will not have a physical office. Therefore, you will plan your workday independently and organise installations and removals of keyless devices. The daily work mainly takes place in Zurich and the surrounding area and may vary according to your schedule. Working hours vary depending on customer needs and can be planned by you.

Besides the daily work as a mechanic in Switzerland, you will be the internal installation expert for GoMore and support other partners and mechanics in Switzerland as well as in other European GoMore markets. Support for other markets is mainly provided by phone. Additionally, there may be approximately 2-4 trips per year where you visit our other markets and train or receive training in installation. However, you will primarily work very closely with the GoMore Switzerland team.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and removal of keyless devices in vehicles of various makes and models at the customer's home or workplace.
• You are responsible for customer contact and booking installation times to plan customer appointments as efficiently as possible.
• Collecting installation data and documenting new knowledge about keyless installation in different vehicle models, as well as sharing this knowledge with other mechanics and partners as needed.
• Training new mechanics and partners in Switzerland as well as in other European GoMore markets.
• Ongoing technical support for new mechanics in Denmark and other European GoMore markets.
• Reinstallation of keyless devices and, if necessary, on-site service checks of defective keyless devices.
• Inventory management and procurement of keyless devices.

The ideal candidate:

• Has high expertise and strives to develop further in keyless installations.
• Is a problem solver and is not discouraged by inaccurate or incomplete datasheets.
• Works independently and can efficiently structure and plan their own time.
• Honours agreements with customers and represents GoMore well externally.
• Is service-oriented and friendly towards customers.
• Has English skills (not mandatory) to enable support and training of mechanics in other GoMore markets.
• You have a category B driving licence and your own car with which you can travel to customers.
