We are a dynamic non-profit team of around 125 employees. At three locations, we care for eleven communities around Kreuzlingen. Since the training of the next generation is particularly close to our hearts, we are looking for you to strengthen our team.

We care for and support residents in cases of illness, accident, psychological issues, disability, and situations of overload.

As a training company, we are passionate about education. We offer the 3-year training to become a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe). We also offer study places for nursing professionals HF.

Trainer / Mentor for HF Students (60% - 100%)

Your field of activity: Accompany, Promote, Co-create

• Be a mentor: You accompany HF students through their internships and specifically promote their practical competence.
• Manage learning processes: You plan, document, and conduct individual learning processes to successful completion.
• Drive development: Together with our training manager, you actively develop our training department further.
• Stay engaged: By taking part in direct nursing assignments (including case management), you maintain a close connection to practice.

You bring with you

• Basics: Diploma as a nursing professional HF/FH.
• Pedagogy: You already have the SVEB qualification or are motivated to complete it with our support.
• Experience: At least one year of professional experience (ideally as day support).
• Personality: You are communicative, work in a structured way with Office tools, and value personal responsibility.
• Mobility: Driving licence category B and your own car.
