As a Project Manager for Painter Large-Scale Projects, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of painting projects. You work closely with clients and craftsmen to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Job Description

• Planning and coordination of large-scale painting projects, including the preparation of cost estimates and work schedules
• Coordination of material deliveries and craftsmen on site
• Supervision of the construction site to ensure all work is carried out according to specifications
• Responsibility for employee safety and compliance with occupational safety regulations
• Ensuring customer satisfaction, including advising on painting work and decorative tasks
• Billing and financial control of the project, including budget monitoring and invoicing
• Leadership and training of employees

Job Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a painter with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in project management in the field of large-scale painting projects
• Good knowledge of the processing of paints and other materials as well as the application of decorative plaster and stucco work
• Understanding of occupational safety regulations and ability to comply with them
• Experience in customer service and staff management
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Category B driving licence
