Your profile
- Advanced university studies in business administration, economics, or engineering with very good grades
- Strong interest in production and operations management
- Result-oriented and structured working style with high motivation, initiative, and diligence
- Initial practical experience in manufacturing companies through internships or part-time jobs is an advantage
- Initial practical experience in operational projects through internships or part-time jobs, e.g. in consulting, is an advantage
- Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written
- Confident use of MS Office programmes (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Willingness to travel to company partners in the DACH region
