These are your tasks
- Responsible for the construction of the network infrastructure of the ongoing project Expansion of District Heating West
- Coordinate subprojects of network infrastructure in different SIA phases
- Coordinate the needs of various stakeholders in public spaces such as the civil engineering department of the City of Bern, urban greenery or traffic planning
- Participate in higher-level meetings and steering committees
- Lead and ensure project reporting on costs, risks, deadlines and quality
- Identify potential project risks early, assess them and initiate appropriate measures
- Develop innovative approaches and implement sustainable, efficient energy solutions for the urban area
This is what sets you apart
- University degree (HF/FH/ETH) in engineering sciences (civil, electrical, mechanical engineering) or a comparable discipline, ideally with further training in project management
- Several years of experience in managing projects in public spaces
- Experience with projects in urban areas in the context of politics and society
- Leadership skills, strong communication and the ability to unite different interests
