What you will move with us

You are responsible for the comprehensive care and support of our patients.

Supporting and promoting the social skills of patients within the framework of key worker work is also part of your duties.

You recognise crises and accompany and develop coping strategies with the patients.

You implement and help shape the milieu therapeutic structures.

You lead group therapy sessions.

Medical-technical tasks including the entire medication process are part of your responsibilities.

You accompany students as a daily key worker.
