What you will move with us
- You are responsible for the comprehensive care and support of our patients.
- Supporting and promoting the social skills of patients within the framework of key worker work is also part of your duties.
- You recognise crises and accompany and develop coping strategies with the patients.
- You implement and help shape the milieu therapeutic structures.
- You lead group therapy sessions.
- Medical-technical tasks including the entire medication process are part of your responsibilities.
- You accompany students as a daily key worker.
