Tasks
What awaits you with us:
📄 You are responsible for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
✍️ You create contracts, agreements, and work certificates with sensitivity
🔎 You support our recruitments – from the advertisement to the hiring
💰 You assist with payroll (Abacus) and time tracking (Siaxma)
📊 You contribute to the budget process
💡 You work on HR projects and actively help shape processes
🕒 The position is limited to two years – with the option of extension.
Expectations
What you bring:
- Commercial basic training
- HR further education (e.g., HR assistance or comparable)
- Experience in a similar role
- High social competence & true team player mentality
- Trustworthiness – personnel data is safe in your hands
- Structured, independent working style as well as very good IT skills (MS Office)
