Your area of responsibility

Independent preparation of offers and quotations in close cooperation with sales
General correspondence with internal and external parties
Hub function for the location: You coordinate, mediate, and ensure efficient information flow
Planning and organization of administrative tasks – proactive, structured, and reliable
Support of the team in operational matters with a high quality standard for your own work
Solution-oriented, networked thinking with changing requirements
Professional, friendly interaction with various stakeholders – you are an important representative of the location
