Your Team and Your Mission

Become part of a motivated and dynamic team distinguished by its interdisciplinary approach. We come from various disciplines such as architecture, economics, and civil engineering, allowing us, together with our clients, to view the real estate world from new perspectives.

In doing so, you will have the opportunity to gain deep insights into the areas of Real Estate Consulting, Valuation, and Advisory, as well as to learn from and with us.

Your Tasks

In close collaboration with the partners and your project team, you can make a direct contribution in the following areas:

• Real estate valuations and profitability calculations
• Support of real estate project developments and architectural competitions
• Location, market, and property analyses
• Research, on-site property assessments, and strategic concepts
• Participation in the professional development and optimisation of software solutions
• Support in project administration and coordination as well as preparing reports and presentations.

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree from the 4th semester onwards or Master’s in Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable discipline
• An interest in economic issues, urban/project development, and sustainability topics
• Strategic and creative thinking with a flair for numbers and data
• A precise, structured, and independent working style
• Communication skills with very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
