In the newly established Measure Costs team, you will take on an important role from the outset. With your expertise, you contribute to ensuring that measure costs are managed carefully, efficiently and transparently. Work in a meaningful environment where you and your team make an important contribution in the field of child and adult protection.
Your tasks
- Ensuring efficient, legally compliant and economical processing of all measure costs at the KESB locations
- Checking cost statements, managing cost approvals and monitoring deadlines and financial flows
- Calculating, billing, collecting cost contributions and preparatory support for legal proceedings in child protection
- Checking, coding, processing debtor and creditor invoices and submitting claims
- Maintaining client accounting, creating control lists and handling payments to mandate holders and foster parents
Your profile
- Commercial basic training or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in a similar environment, ideally in public administration
- Accounting certificate or social insurance specialist advantageous
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping, invoice filing and in-depth knowledge of social insurance law
- Good written and spoken skills in German and French
- Organised, reliable and precise working style
