You pay close attention: You check the data quality in the CRM and initiate appropriate steps to improve it.
You bring in your own ideas and independently implement improvements.
You work on projects and working groups related to data quality, CRM, digitization, and automation.
You support the team management with complex tasks and take responsibility in daily business.
You take care of the monthly reporting and ensure a clear data basis.
You drive further developments around partner data.

Your Skills and Talents

Analytical thinking, ability to understand complex relationships and optimize processes.
Very good Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, Power BI) as well as experience with databases.
Interest in digital products and solid technical understanding.
Very good German and proficiency in a second national language (French or Italian).
Further training in business or insurance economics is a plus but not a must.
