Responsibilities
- Independent setup, operation and monitoring of CNC milling machines (3-/5-axis)
- Programming and optimisation of CNC programmes (Siemens)
- Manufacture of individual parts and small to medium series according to technical drawings
- Selection, preparation and change of tools
- Monitoring of manufacturing processes and ensuring dimensional and shape accuracy - Performing quality checks with common measuring instruments
- Maintenance and care of machines as well as troubleshooting minor faults
- Compliance with safety, quality and deadline requirements - Participation in continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Completed training as a polymechanic, CNC mechanic, cutting machine operator or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in CNC milling is an advantage
- Good knowledge of reading technical drawings
- Experience with CNC controls - Independent, precise and reliable working style
- High quality and responsibility awareness
- Teamwork and flexibility - Willingness to work shifts
