• Production and appealing presentation of the hot and cold buffet in the staff restaurant "Aurum" as well as the dishes for our in-house catering
• Active participation in the planning and further development of the buffet and catering offerings
• Independent management of the station in compliance with HACCP guidelines as well as legal requirements according to food law and GHP
• Deputy responsibility at the menu station in the absence of the head chef
• Active thinking and shaping of efficient operational processes
• Acting with regard to economic efficiency, guest needs and sustainability

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a chef EFZ
• Experience in system gastronomy is an advantage
• Independent, precise and clean working method
• Reliable, committed personality with joy in cooking and openness to new ideas
• Appreciative and friendly interaction with employees and guests
• Good German skills as well as basic knowledge of English
