Who are we?
The Mobile Judicial Unit (CELLIT) is organised around the Mobile Judges appointed under Art. 10a LJ. Based in Fribourg, it provides assistance to the various civil and criminal first-instance judicial authorities of the State of Fribourg as cases are assigned to it, to alleviate the workload of these authorities, cover temporary staff shortages, or in cases of a magistrate’s recusal. Under specific circumstances, the Judicial Council may second it to a particular authority.

Your tasks
- Manage the registry secretariat (correspondence, telephone calls)
- Administrative management of files
- Keep the schedule up to date
- Participate in the organisation of hearings
- Take minutes of hearings
Desired profile
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Excellent writing skills
- Flexibility, sense of responsibility and discretion, ease in interpersonal contacts and ability to work independently while integrating into a team
- Proficiency in common IT tools, knowledge of Tribuna V3 software would be an advantage
- Professional experience in the legal field desired
- Fluency in French with very good knowledge of German (bilingual)
