At our locations, you are responsible for the surveying interface between planners/engineers and the construction companies of KIBAG and independently carry out internal surveying projects. You can expect a varied and challenging field of activity in a collegial and motivating working atmosphere.
Your main tasks include:
- Preparation and evaluation of digital 3D data for surveying instruments and construction machine controls
- Independent design and creation of concept and execution plans in the field of civil engineering (excavations, foundations, etc.) during the offer and execution phase
- Creation of 3D structural models
- Management of the central instrument pool
- Regular exchange with the planning project managers of KIBAG Infra and the executing construction companies
You bring the following qualifications:
- At least a completed training as a draftsman
- Several years of experience and the ability to independently create mature planning documents
- Ideally professional experience in civil and infrastructure construction
- Strong spatial imagination
- Proficient handling of the latest surveying sensors and CAD applications
- Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Driver's license category B
