- Establishing and overall organization of the newly created position in the new area of responsibility Inclusion
- Creating an inclusion strategy incorporating the evaluations of the inclusion check
- Developing, organizing/coordinating, and evaluating measures in the area of responsibility Inclusion
- Networking, negotiating, and collaborating with affected municipal and regional bodies and partner organizations
- Organizing and conducting projects, information events, workshops, and training
- Annual reporting
- Deputizing for the integration officer during absences
- Degree in social sciences, special education, inclusive education, or a related field (at least Bachelor's level)
- Solid knowledge of the legal foundations of inclusion and the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities
- Experience in adult education, group moderation, and project management
- High social competence and empathy in dealing with various target groups
- No apprehensions towards people with and without disabilities and those from other cultures
- Willingness to familiarize oneself with the area of responsibility of the integration officer (deputy) and to continuously educate oneself on current developments in the area of responsibility
- Open personality with a joy for communication through various channels
- Strategic and conceptual thinking
