The Centre for Outpatient Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (Centre Director Dr med Katrin Hanno) is part of the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (Clinic Director Prof Dr med Marc Walter). With its five locations (Aarau, Baden, Rheinfelden, Wohlen and Zofingen), it offers local psychiatric care for the population in the canton of Aargau. The centre includes four outpatient clinics with specialist consultations, group therapies and work coaching, as well as four day centres where adult patients are treated. In addition, the centre comprises the two day clinics in Aarau and Baden as well as the "Practice for Your Mental Health" in Zofingen.

Profile

• You have a commercial vocational training. Experience in a comparable position and/or further training as a medical secretary is an advantage
• You are flexible and work within a 60% contract at 50% in job sharing. During your team colleague’s holiday cover, you increase your workload to 100%
• You have confident German language skills
• You appreciate personal and telephone contact with patients and convince with your courteous, service-oriented manner
• You work reliably and precisely and are characterised by motivation, team spirit and resilience
• You have a high affinity for IT

Tasks

• You maintain personal and telephone contact with patients
• You record, check and maintain patient and billing data as well as organise and coordinate appointments after written registration
• You manage electronic medical records in the KIS/Orbis system
• You take on general administrative and organisational secretarial tasks
