• Supporting the department management in leading and organising the Wood, Building Elements and Floor Coverings department
• Advising and looking after our customers with a high level of service orientation
• Ensuring an appealing product presentation and a well-maintained appearance of the department
• Monitoring product availability and placing orders
• Participating in the planning and implementation of sales promotions

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training in the field of wood, building elements, floor coverings or a comparable qualification
• Experience in sales or customer advice, ideally in retail
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
