A pharmaceutical laboratory active in the fields of pharmacy and biotechnology is recruiting for the Engineering Department a 100% Project Manager, for an indefinite period.

The Vouvry site specialises in the production of rheumatological injectables and a neurological active ingredient. It meets the highest requirements, notably through its GMP certification as well as ISO 13485.
Your mission:
Reporting to the Head of the Technical Office, you play a central role in the management and execution of projects for our pharmaceutical production site.
A true driving force of the project, you take charge of complex multidisciplinary projects from start to finish, from identifying the need to their operational implementation. You mobilise and coordinate the necessary resources to ensure the achievement of the objectives set in terms of safety, quality, costs and deadlines, in an environment subject to stringent regulatory requirements.
Thanks to your technical expertise, you support the teams of the Technical Office, Maintenance and Production in solving complex problems and actively participate in the continuous improvement of our facilities and processes.
As part of your responsibilities, you also ensure the writing, monitoring and updating of all technical and quality documentation related to your projects, in compliance with GMP and ISO 13485 requirements.
Your profile:
Education and experience
- Degree from EPFL, HES or equivalent training, ideally in chemical engineering, process engineering.
- Proven experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnological or fine chemistry environment.
- Strong experience in managing multidisciplinary technical projects.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Good knowledge of GMP/GDP frameworks and ISO 13485 standard.
Technical skills
- Proven experience in automation and industrial IT.
- Knowledge of SCADA environments, ideally AVEVA.
- Mastery or good knowledge of the following tools and languages:
- SQL
- Visual Basic
- Reporting Services

- Interpersonal ease and excellent ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
