Around 230 employees and 40 volunteers dedicate themselves daily with passion to the well-being of our residents.

• Co-responsibility for the implementation of the care process in the residential group
• Professional support of team members as well as trainees and students
• Collaboration for needs-based assessment (RAI-NH)

• Assumption of daily responsibility

• Completed nursing training HF or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Solution-oriented and proactive personality with a strong quality mindset
• You are characterised by empathy and social competence
