• Co-responsibility for the implementation of the care process in the residential group
• Professional support of team members as well as trainees and students
• Collaboration for needs-based classification (RAI-NH)
• Care documentation in careCoach
• Assumption of daily responsibility

• Completed nursing training HF or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Solution-oriented and proactive personality with a high quality mindset
• You are characterized by empathy and social competence
• Enjoyment of an interesting area of responsibility in a lively environment
