Senior Test Engineer (m/f/d) 100%

Your mission
As a Senior Test Engineer, you take on a key role in the quality assurance of our strategic projects. You develop and are responsible for the test methodology, introduce modern test tools, and drive automation forward.

Your tasks:

Responsibility for test management in projects
Independent execution of tests
Creation, documentation, and management of test artifacts
Leadership of external test engineers
Driving test automation and implementing modern approaches
Active support of internal departments regarding methodology and use of tools
Further development and governance of the test methodology within mobilezone ag
Selection, use, and continuous optimization of test tools
Close collaboration with project management, development, and business stakeholders

Your profile:

Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
5+ years of proven experience in test management and test automation
Solid knowledge of test methods, test processes, and common tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, Selenium, Cypress, leapwork)
Experience with test automation in complex ERP system landscapes
Ideally knowledge in CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and cloud environments
Strong communication skills and ability to connect business and IT
Hands-on mentality, structured working style, and high initiative
Very good German and English skills

What would be desirable:

ISTQB certification or comparable qualification
Experience in agile projects
Knowledge in performance and load testing
Experience in testing ERP systems
Experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
