With a capacity of 50 beds, the Medicine department cares for patients presenting diverse medical situations, requiring a comprehensive, personalised, and coordinated approach. It also includes a neurovascular unit dedicated to the specialised care of patients suffering from a stroke or another acute neurovascular condition.

Work within the department is based on close collaboration between various healthcare professionals, patients, and their relatives. Listening, trust, respect, and consideration of each patient’s needs are at the heart of our practice.

Mission:
- You collaborate closely in patient care within a multidisciplinary team and with the nursing team
- You provide varied, comprehensive, and individualised care under the delegation of a nurse and responsibly and autonomously support patients in aspects of care related to daily living activities
- You deliver medico-technical care under the delegation of the nurse
- You communicate information in a targeted and relevant manner in the electronic record
- You supervise and support ASSC apprentices and trainees
- You supervise and support new colleagues
- You ensure good care and support practices among nursing assistants and healthcare auxiliaries
Required profile:
- Strong interest in the care of elderly and/or dependent persons and/or those with cognitive disorders
- Patience, empathy, active listening, high skills in verbal and non-verbal communication
- Ability to work interdisciplinarily
- You are a dynamic, committed, motivated person with a sense of responsibility
- You demonstrate excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written.
Training level:
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as an assistant in care and community health
