Role:
For an established Swiss service company, we are looking for an experienced individual who will be responsible for the finance and property accounting of various real estate portfolios and also participate in personnel administration. You can expect an independent role with a broad range of tasks, a lot of personal responsibility, and direct interaction with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
You manage and supervise the finance and property accounting of various real estate portfolios
You handle bank transactions, transfers as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
You prepare meaningful reportings
You participate in budgeting and forecasts
Qualifications:
You hold the Swiss federal diploma in finance and accounting or further training as an expert in accounting and controlling
You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
Fluent German language skills are required
